Stephanie is passionate about helping both businesses and individuals gain financial control enabling them to create financial security and growth. She is on a mission to impact the lives of the next generation to help reduce the bankruptcy rate. She is an enthusiastic teacher and motivational speaker. She serves on the Small Business Council of the Catoosa County Chamber.

Who We Are


Stephanie Dickert has more than fifteen years of knowledge and experience in the areas of accounting, finances and bookkeeping.

Stephanie graduated in 2001 with a degree in Accounting from Chattanooga State. She worked for ten years with AmSouth Bank. She was involved in both branch operations helping the employees and the bank reduce loss. Consequently, Stephanie began to coach financial freedom as she saw the need for people to be in control of their finances.

Stephanie gained experience in bookkeeping as a partner of Omega Bookkeeping and Consulting from 2000 to 2003. Stephanie is also a certified Quick Books Pro Advisor. As an advisor, she has trained multiple businesses and dozens of individuals to use QuickBooks to work smarter not harder.

Stephanie wrote Money 101 in 2004. This is a manual that teaches basic financial concepts and principles for everyday life. This material has been taught in various places including Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprises to at risk teens. She has been featured on Luther’s weekly community news segment on Channel 12 teaching Money 101 as well.
